1.15.010 Ordinance Violations Bureau and fines.
a. There is established within the Town an Ordinance Violations Bureau to be administered by a Violations Clerk, who shall be appointed from time to time by the Town Council. In the absence of such appointment, the Violations Clerk shall be the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town.
b. The Ordinance Violations Bureau and the Violations Clerk shall have all of the authority provided by statute (IC 33-36-2-1 et seq.) and as the same may be amended from time to time.
c. Fines for certain violations of the Clermont Municipal Code as well as the code sections or code chapters with reference to the subject matter for which an Ordinance Violations Clerk or Bureau may accept payment of civil penalties of not more than $100.00 in ordinance violation cases are as follows:

d. As, and when, the Clermont Town Council may pass and enact additional ordinances which carry civil penalties of not more than $100.00 for violation thereof, these, too, shall, without further amendment or enabling ordinances, be included with the sections listed above for which the Violations Clerk may accept civil penalties.
